Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
Oil – 1tbspoon
Milk –1tbspoon
Start kneading the dough by using appropriate water. For
best results knead the dough atleast half an hour before cooking.
I am using a cooking Jhali or a mini tandoor which I
bought during my India visit; but you can check on Amazon as well; here is the
link:- https://www.amazon.in/Jiolaxnet-Cooking-Specialy-Designed-Tandoori/dp/B076D7Q88H/ref=sr_1_sc_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1509960866&sr=8-1-spell&keywords=cooking+jhali.
Here is the video presentation of the same.
Heat the pan on one stove and the mini tandoor on other.
Now; roll the dough put for few seconds on heated pan and then on mini tandoor.
You will get hot and soft phulkas. Guten Appetite!
