How to Make Rotis on Electric Stove?

One common problem faced by anyone who has moved abroad from India is; how to make soft roti on electric stove. After doing multiple trial and errors, spending on roti maker I finally achieved this goal with the help of my mother. She was on vacation at my place and she gave me a perfect soft roti recipe; or a phulka recipe. I am sharing the same with you.




Ingredients:
Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
Oil –  1tbspoon
Milk –1tbspoon

Start kneading the dough by using appropriate water. For best results knead the dough atleast half an hour before cooking.

Heat the pan on one stove and the mini tandoor on other. Now; roll the dough put for few seconds on heated pan and then on mini tandoor. You will get hot and soft phulkas. Guten Appetite!
