
1. Increase fiber and calcium intake
You should always include fiber and
calcium in your diet; however, if you have still not done that then this is the
right time to start. At about 9-12 weeks the baby’s bones are growing and hence
your rich diet will help them to grow faster. Do not miss out on calcium intake
as well as your body too will require strength to carry the baby along the nine
months.
2. Emotional
Disorders
You are suddenly crying or getting angry
without any reasons; don’t worry this is normal at this point of time.
Pregnancy releases various hormones and thus can lead to emotional disorders.
In order to relax yourself you should practise yoga and yes make your partner
aware that this is a phase which will pass but you need his cooperation.
3. Changes
in appearance
Pregnancy brings lot of change in the
human body. All women are different and hence do not compare yourself with any
other pregnant woman. You might notice a sudden hair fall, glow on the skin,
stretch marks, oily skin, acne on skin etc. However, you do not have to worry
about the same. All these things will go with time. Yes of course major changes
you will now notice is increase in your weight. Yes you will have to keep a
record of the same as well from this month onwards.
4. Frequent
urination
Pregnancy releases various hormones and
due to the baby inside there is always a pressure on the uterus and hence there
is more urge on urination. So now when you go for your outing do ensure you
visit a place where you can easily find toilets.
5. Time
for buying some maternity clothes
You might have noticed that you have
grown from your stomach area and the thigh area and hence your clothes are
little tight on you. Yes, you are right it is time to invest in good maternity clothes. You can now buy some
maternity underwear and bras as you might have increased breasts as well. Happy
shopping!
Apart from these things you should not
forget your regular medicine supplements and doctors visit as well.
