Your baby is now preparing himself to come out of your
uterus. You will now feel heavier than before. Here are some things that can
help you when you are 8 months pregnant.
1. Get
a photo shoot
Oh! It is that time of the journey where
you would want to have a wonderful pregnancy photo shoot. Catch hold of
a good photographer and book your appointment for maternity photography. Time
for some Clicks!
2. Preparation
Your baby is about to come and hence you
and your partner need to now make final preparations. Make place for your baby’s
clothes, toys and other essentials. You can also shop some of the essentials
like new born diapers, wet wipes, clothes for initial days as per the climate
and similar things. Yes a baby bed too is recommended. Apart from
shopping acquire some knowledge regarding the initial days of babycare, diaper
changing ways, breastfeeding methods and similar others.
3. Plan
your birth
By this time you need to finalise; if
you want a home birth or at hospital. Inform the concern person or authority in
advance so you can prepare yourself well. If you plan to call your mother for
help do confirm with her about the date of arrival and if possible ask her to
be with you little early so you can relax and spend some quality time with her
as well.
4. Stay
active
You also need to stay active now and
have your daily dose of pregnancy exercises. Do not over stress yourself and enjoy
some time with your partner.
Last but not the least; do not skip your
vitamin supplements and always stay hydrated.
